What happens if my bicycle incurs a fault during my warranty period?

Your nearest local bicycle shop will in most cases be able to resolve any problem that may occur on your bicycle. Please note that it is important that you make contact with Velorbis BEFORE your bicycle is repaired under warranty.

As all repair costs under a valid warranty will be coved by Velorbis, it is important that we have direct contact with any local bicycle shop before repair work commences. If a bicycle component is broken (and covered by a valid warranty), Velorbis will bear the full cost of replacing the component and (if applicable) any service charge for the replacement.
